Room layout lacks comfort. the Standard Twin Room is small with limited power outlets and no mini-fridge. Cleaning standards are subpar, as they use the same mop across rooms, raising hygiene concerns. Many room sockets don't work properly, and a late checkout fee took me by surprise, especially given the lack of functional amenities in the room.

stayed for 2 nights at onomo hotel and it really exceeded my expectations this valentine's day. the location was serene and the staff, especially giselle and jane, were super helpful. i loved the comfortable room and the free breakfast made my mornings even better.

the gym was poorly equipped with outdated machines.

Loved the location and the gym was a great bonus! The receptionist was as friendly as a puppy, and I enjoyed my stay in the cozy Standard Queen Room.

On the downside, my custom water bottle decided to take a vacation without me. And some towels like to play hide and seek.
